First and foremost, have your vehicle inspected by another mechanic after having it serviced at this location. I brought my vehicle, to this location, for a diagnostic regarding an ongoing problem. At that time, the service department installed a defective part in my vehicle. Several months later, I discovered the defect. Since the part is still under warranty, I returned my car to be inspected. I explained the situation to the mechanics and Dale S. Dale S., director of the service department, negated to honor the warranty of the part, refused to replace it, and, to add insult to injury, blamed me for the broken part. Now, I have to get an attorney or go to small claims court to resolve this dispute. Who do you think will win if they say a new part was installed? Beware! You might get ripped off too.
