Sales manager promised me a front license plate bracket (they're not included, except on fleet sales), instead of just attaching the plates directly to the bumper. It's a $25 item. After several return trips to the dealer to collect my bracket, they finally told me they weren't going to provide the item, and that I would have to buy one from their parts department. I finally purchased one online for $10.
