Mossy Ford
Dealership Service Review
I have taken my vehicle to Mossy for years for maintenance and repair. They were always straightforward, communicative, reasonably priced and offered dependable service in a timely manner. Those days are seemingly over. The Service Manager assigned to me was Kameron (with a K) and he is working well beyond his capability set. I know the world is different now, and good help is hard to come by, but does Mossy really have to stoop so low as to recruit from 7/11? Kameron (with a K) over-promised and under-delivered. What should have been a few days job turned into almost 2 weeks. Quite frankly, I think they just parked it and forgot about it... when I called to check on status, it almost caught him by surprise and he promised completion in a "matter of days" while throwing his mechanic(s) under the bus. When I finally picked up the vehicle, not only was it filthy, but there was another small issue that was clearly induced during the repair process. So I brought the vehicle back, which they did eventually repair without charging me - but I had to proactively inquire as to its status, and it sure seemed like Kameron (with a K) had not only dropped the ball again, he didn't even know I was in the building. Thus... you're fired, Mossy. Kameron (with a K) is one of the worst service managers I've had to deal with (or should I say get shaken down by) and the entire operation there seems to be slipping from its prior level of efficiency and attention to detail.
