Overall - had a great experience w/ Mossy Ford. My sales agent (Jonathan) was excellent, is a genuine guy, & I felt I could connect with him on a personal level which made the purchase process that much better. He was willing to cater to my needs, was flexible, & actually listened to what I had to say. Ended up getting a Mustang & I'm very happy with my purchase.
