onMichael who handled the check in was really awesome to deal with. They were able to address an issue with my flickering headlights that had a tsb. I was also there for a coolant flush, which they did. They were also able to identify that my drive belt needed replacement but didn't put me under pressure to replace it. I already had a replacement and planned to do it myself. It was good to see that they caught it.
