The staff at the Lexus of Sacramento are top notch! When the emergency tire alert indicator came on in our new RX 350h, I drove to my Lexus dealer. They quickly diagnosed that there was a screw in the right rear tire wall. Without any appointment the service department began promptly to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the tire had to be replaced. Homer Mendoza, service consultant, met with me immediately to confirm there was a tire in stock and the started the repair process. I was very pleased with the service team’s work and a complimentary car wash was included. Only one concern by me was that the service took longer than expected…. about 1 3/4 hours. However, there were many customers that day. I still gave them 5 stars!
