Software recall, update, but…

onAs far as interactions with the service rep and the people at the dealership, they were great. Software update seems like it’s fine except it defaulted the primary driver information to the prior owners since this was a certified used vehicle. Now the problem is, I cannot get that removed. I have been on several Lexus forums and contacted them And no one seems to know how to remove someone who doesn’t own the vehicle from the vehicle. Not so much an issue with the dealer, more an issue with software that is overly complicated.
