My service advisor Gus makes me feel special when I sit down at this desk to go over the service options for my 2010 RX350. It has been a great vehicle, one of the best I have every owned. With over 190K, the maintenance at Lexus of Sacramento is excellent. Gus has really been helpful in keeping my RX350 on the road and reliable.
