Basel and Gustavo - I've worked with these two individuals several times, and each time they go above and beyond to ensure that my questions are answered (I can be an obnoxious customer sometimes), and that I am taken care of. The experience at Lexus of Sacramento is world class from a customer service point of view. I don't say that lightly, I've been to many dealerships all over the country, and Lexus of Sacramento is simply a cut above the rest. If you are the owner of a dealership and reading this, go there and take some notes.
