Dealership Service Review
We were visiting from the east coast and needed to depart for home the next day. We called for an appointment to discover and repair the cause of the check engine light a week before our arrival. The scheduling person responded "We are not accepting reservations before December 13th." Thought this to be an odd way of saying "I'm sorry, but the next available appointment is December 13th. Will that be sufficient?" Please improve your training on common courtesy. The service representative, on the other hand, worked hard to get our needed work completed within the day so we could meet our commitments in Florida. Thanks for his help. Your waiting facilities are very uncomfortable, and listening to a program on the television that was a lousy hour-long commercial for some kind of phony pill didn't help. Please pay more attention to making visits to your dealership more comfortable.
