onI purchased a Suburban, but didn’t receive floor mats, or a second key. The sales manager gave me his word, that I’d be reimbursed for the cost, he ever instructed a person to start the process of sending me a check, but now they’re ignoring my calls. Be careful when you’re in the financing office, they play allot of games in there.

Tommy, We researched your concerns from your review. It appears the vehicle was not purchased from Winter Chevrolet but on a Fleet deal from another agency. We have no record of a Fleet delivery at Winter for this vehicle. I would suggest you contact the selling dealer or delivering dealer in regards to the keys and floormat concerns.
