onDate on the sticker in my car indicated I needed to come in for maintenance. On 11/2/15, I arrived at Thorsen's at 8AM, told service rep., Ana, about several things I'd like checked on my Verano. John drove me to my appointment in Pasadena. Ana phone at 11:15 to say car was ready. I asked Ana to please phone John, so I could get a ride back to Thorsen's. She did and John picked me up en route from his trip back to Thorsen's. I was on my way home before noon.
