We found out from Anna in the Service Department who we needed to speak with. She recommended Gavin and we set up the appointment for Saturday morning at 9:00 am. When we arrived, Gavin introduced himself and apologized for over-extending himself with other customers who had arrived for their appointment at the same time. Gavin went on to introduce us to Tony, the Sales Manager, who brought in Cody. Needless to say, Cody was EXCELLENT. Throughout our test drives and leasing process, Cody stayed right with us. Tony worked the numbers to bring us the best deal possible and even though we didn't get the deal we had hoped for, Tony worked out an amazing deal nonetheless. When we met with Gabriel in Finance, he walked us through the signing process seamlessly. All in all, WOW! what a great team at Thorson. I will not only recommend others to go to Thorson, but I'll go there again for my next GMC!
