Very professional and communicative. This was our first service after assuming an existing lease through bmw financial. Service advisor went out of his way to help with paperwork and to make sure I was able to take advantage of the service contract. A nice loaner car was provided and all employees that we encountered were exceptionally nice. Car was returned to us clean- they were even able to vacuum up all the hair from our Golden Retriever. Not an easy task. Overall a five star experience. Well done!
