BMW of Palm Springs

We recently bought a BMW x7 from Palm Springs BMW and we have to say that the whole process was an excellent experience. From the moment my wife and I set foot on the car lot to the last signature on the purchase paperwork, we were actually quite pleasantly surprised at how easy-going and comfortable the staff made the process. At no point did we feel ‘pressured’ by the salesman (George); contrary, we were immediately put at ease due to his easy-going manner and willingness to work with us. Signing the paperwork with Girberto upstairs in finance was so fast and easy. My wife and I were floored at how quick the process was. In the past I remember being in a small, cooped-up office signing reams of paperwork for what seemed hours. With Gilberto we were in and out in a little over half an hour!
