I had a very disappointing visit to this car dealership. When I went there yesterday to browse through their cars, I noticed that most of them had significant mechanical issues. To be cautious, I brought a mechanic along with me. After finding a newer car that caught my interest, they added an extra $4000 to the price, claiming it was negotiable. However, they insisted that I had to purchase their built-in security alarm and other features. I declined and even made it clear that I did not want to proceed with the credit check application, letting them know to discard it. Unfortunately, I discovered this morning that they still ran my credit without my consent, and they are holding onto my paperwork for 30 days in case I return, ignoring my attempts to communicate with them. This whole experience feels like a scam, and I am even considering seeking legal advice. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
