DCH Honda of Oxnard

I requested a quote from DCH Honda for a Civic, to be sent via email. I noted that I'd be buying within 24 hours. Despite the fact that they are listed on Edmunds as a preferred buyer with an obligation to respond within 4 hours of a quote request, they still haven't responded 24 hours later. I bought a car at another dealer. As a result of their lack of responsiveness, DCH lost the sale.
