DCH Honda of Oxnard

I recently purchased a new vehicle from DCH Honda, not my first purchase, by far! Having visited other stores I let the associate know I had little patience for games, I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay, I had done my homework. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and very little pressure; I would have left otherwise. There were no "Men in Black Suits", just a very courteous young man that actually listened to MY needs and I found the rest of the staff to be just as polite. The Finance person completed the documents quickly ( I was paying cash), the Manager actually came out, shook my hand and thanked me and the next day I received a pciture they had taken of my new car. I have heard from numerous representatives asking me if I had any questions or further needs, they actually care even after they took my cash! I not only recommend their sales department, I strongly suggest other businesses model themselves after this Dealership, again, what a pleasant surprise!
