Team Nissan
Dealership Sales Review
They have a brand new dealership with a ton of vehicles to choose from. All trim levels and options. Finding the car my wife and I wanted was easy. Our salesman was definitely "new" to Nissan, and didn't have all the answers. The "sales manager" was an absolute [violative content deleted] named Joe Arellano. He new very little about the car, wasn't receptive to our wishes and became insulting when we walked off the lot. That guy is the old school style car salesman. He used high pressure, condescending, pushy, trickster tactics that had us reading the lines of the contract so carefully the finance manager thought we were weird. The only reason we bought from them is a) they had the exact vehicle we wanted (which is difficult with Nissan's use of option packaging) and b) after walking out on the "deal" and ignoring phone calls, the General Manager called and offered us the deal we were looking for. The service department looks like it will be impressive once completed with a built in deli and spacious lounge. We will see in the future.
