Dealership Service Review
Very disappointed with my last experience with Toyota, I found out through an insurance agent, that Toyota had problems with the headlight bulbs heating up and causing damage to the light. When I asked the dealer about it they said, there was but I would have had to have it taken care of last year by November. I never received any kind of notification from Toyota, and the dealer never let me know the times I had it in for service. The dealer would not honor the replacement, so I called Toyota Corporate and they would not either. Very frustrated with dealer and Toyota, I have had Toyotas for over 35 years and this will be my last one. It appears corporate greed is more important than locality to its customers. ( my vehicle is a 2010 Tacoma)
