100% Bait and Switch, Stay away from them! They tried to add 25% to the cost of a used car for "ecoblock" protection that was "already installed"... A $17500 car (advertised and TrueCar price given as that and confirmed by them prior to showing up at dealership) and they try to add $4500 to it for this ecoblock protection coating. Total bait and switch and completely unethical. They should put in the fine print of their adds that there are or may be installed accessories and they didn't mention this. In fact they did have a section for "Installed Accessories" but all they listed there were carpet floor mats and the price for those, they did not include this ecoblock "accessories" (and the floor mats were not even installed or available). So they mention some accessories but not all? Again, total bait and switch and honestly I think illegal. Many other places do list all accessories they have installed with prices for those so you know (if you read the fine print of the ad) what the total cost will be. Not these guys. And to be clear, if they the cost for this ecoblock was like $1000, I may have still done the deal with them - but the $4500 "accessories" cost is a full 25% of the cost of the car! There is no way the protection sealant costs that much (I had it put on my current Nissan by the Nissan dealing and it was less than $1000). Buyer beware!!
