My truck makes a terrible noise

I have brought my truck in multiple times to fix this terrible noise that is coming from the brakes. This was 4th time I bought in my truck and it still makes a really bad noise that is very loud. The mechanics say they can hear anything but everyone else can. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. And for the little work they did I waited way too long even with an appointment.
