I contacted Haley from the Cypress office of AutoNation who set up my appointment with Jonathan Y. at Power Toyota Irvine. The reason for 4 stars is I waited about 2 hours for my final paperwork to be completed due to the number of transactions taking place. Even so...Jonathan was a pleasure to do business with and I will not hesitate to contact AutoNation and Jonathan Y. when I purchase my next car.
