Tuttle-Click Mazda

J.R. was awesome! It was my first time going in to buy a car on my own and he made me feel so comfortable with the entire process. I never felt like he was being pushy or trying to sell me anything that I probably didn't want. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made the entire experience so painless. I wasn't able to purchase the Mazda3 that I wanted on Friday night because it was already pretty late and it was after hours, so J.R. sent me home but assured me that he would have everything ready for me the next morning and he did. He was able to get everything approved and finalized before I even made it back down to the dealership. All I had to do was go in and sign the papers and it saved me so much time. I think I waited longer to have the car washed, but I didn't mind because it was worth it. I was also introduced to Tyler (service manager) who also seemed pretty knowledgeable. I know when my car needs to be serviced, it will be in good hands him and his staff.
