Dealership Service Review
I want to preface this review with my truck is pride and joy. I came to the realization that this could be the only new vehicle I may ever have. I am the original owner and have been going to this location every 5k miles on the dot. I know the dealership is more money but the piece of mind that I was getting the service my truck deserved I thought was worth the extra money. My horn hasn’t worked for months and the first thing on the multipoint inspection is horn which is manually checked green. If something as simple as the horn is not checked I have doubt in the service I received. I may be asking for too much but I am looking for a tech that will treat my truck like their own vehicle. The truck has 115000 miles and I have gone to this location for every service but it seems it’s time to save some money and find a location that will actually give my vehicle full attention and give me the service that I am paying for.
