My service call resulted in less work than I thought I needed.

onI thought my car needed a full-service work up, and worried that they would find more expensive items that had to be fixed. However, Natasha my service rep told me I only needed one small item to take care of at this time. They did recommend replacing my tires. However, that was something I already knew needed attention. They sent me a video of the mechanic taking measurements which I thought was a good touch as I could see the tread measurements. I was very satisfied with the service.
