AutoNation Toyota Irvine

Brought truck in for regular maintenance. Just routine inspection and tire rotation. They replaced a seal on the drive shaft due to a found leak. The truck has modified suspension which they tried to align... They informed me they could not get it aligned properly.(This has happened with them before) I asked if they could get the truck back to the condition they received it in. Ignored the request and told me the truck was "all set and wasn't pulling anymore" (never was in the first place). Proceeded to try to pick up the truck which is now not even drivable due to how it was aligned. Got a laundry list of excuses including them trying to tell me they suspension is install improperly, after almost 4 years with this setup and them being the only place to service the vehicle. As stated, this situation has happened in the past with them and they were able to quickly get the vehicle back to how it was prior to it being in their care. All of a sudden that is not possible? I have never felt compelled to write a review ANYWHERE. I have now left two for this place... Continue to have the worst experiences here and I only came back because they wouldn't refund the services they mischarged me for previously. Please beware
