Excellent Service Visit

We had Gilbert as our Rep. He checked us in quickly and efficiently. We had quite a few issues with our 10 year old Highlander and were overwhelmed at the total cost. But after talking to Gilbert we were able to manage what really needed to be done from the items that could wait a little while longer. Very helpful. We will ask for him by name next time. Oh and they washed the outside of my car too!
