Dean my salesman was great!! I would reccomend Dean for sure. The experience with the finance office was not the best. Nayely Flores was nice and professional. But the male over Nayely in finance was pushy about selling extended warranty and maintenance packages. He almost seemed mad about me declining additional warranty/maintenance items. His demeanor definitely affected the entire experience. I don't recall his name unfortunately.
