Prius Prime SE

Everyone was kind and courteous and patient. That being said, There were no Prius Primes on the lot so I had to wait weeks after putting down a deposit to actually see it and test drive it. They require that I buy $3,000 electric cooler as a "dealer mark-up" that I didn't want and is on order as there were none in stock at time of purchase. The car was delivered to the dealer without floormats and they said I had to pay an additional $250, which I turned down. I was told I could charge the car with an extension chord from the garage, but when I got it home the instructions said ABSOLUTELY no extension chords due to extreme fire hazard. (I have a feeling this came to a surprise to them as well.) I've come to expect car dealerships to be what they inevitably are, but the floormat thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

SoI get this "dealer" response back from my review from someone named Beckett Adams asking me to "reach out " when I can to "address this situation ". I'm out of town so a week later I call the number provided , and it's Auto Nation Toyota but there's no one there by that name. I explain the situation, but there's nobody for me to talk to. So was that dealer response just for show? Does this Beckett guy exist? Inquiring minds want to know.
