It's been a few years since visiting a dealership so being apprehensive about this was normal. I knew what I wanted and wanted to pay for. I did research. The staff did not give me grief or steer me away into any peripheral matters. With the exponential growth of social media all retailers are under the gun to be as honest and pleasant as possible in order to avoid any possible online repercussions and backlash. So, having said that, my experience has been hugely positive and can definitely recommend their services!
