Adam and his general manager, Artie, helped me buy my first brand new car with very favorable conditions. Even after selling the car, Adam quickly replied to my email of some questions about it. They deserve 5 stars. However, I cannot but subtract one star because of my disappointment to the finance team of the branch. When I refused to buy some additional warranty products, the two members of the finance team openly gave me a disrespectful and rude attitude. These arrogant guys need to be trained for customer service.
