Great service experience

onFirst time Porsche owner, recently bought a CPO vehicle (not from this dealer) and had to take it in to have the license plate light replaced. It was uncertain whether this would be covered by CPO, but my service advisor Michael Skulick helped to effectively navigate the system to ensure it was taken care of under CPO. Michael was very courteous, professional, and was quick to provide status updates on my vehicle. I definitely will return to PSB for my future service needs, primarily because of the great interactions with Michael.
