Smog cert issue

onMy 2005 Cayenne kept failing one of the codes in the smog check, so I took it to the Porsche dealer. My service rep, Michael Skulick, was super helpful. Michael arranged a loaner car for me and would not give up on the problem until it was finally solved. It took over a week, and Michael kept me informed throughout. I was not charged for the service. I am extremely happy with Michael's help and the shop service.
