I bought a car from there, it took about 10 hours. I left and the salesman brought me to the car to show me how to sync it to the app. He told me the car couldn’t he stolen. He said that they could track the car, it was a 2023 with software that was trackable anywhere. I felt safe driving off the lot. I tried to use the app to pay, it was nearly impossible. I didn’t get emails of when payment was due. I didn’t get verification when I paid, I literally have a more efficient service with my dentist than a car that costs $1800 a month. My car was stolen. I called to track it. They couldn’t do anything. I want to sue the entire dealership. It’s been a month and I can’t get a call back from the manager or even a loaner car.
