Porsche South Bay

Just purchased a cpo Cayenne, had to wait over 3 hours to start finance paperwork while I was the only one in the dealership 5/26/23 17.35PM.. The finance manager didn't want to help (I was watching him and my sales rep having conversation from the clear glass) probably he had a better customer over the phone (guess paying big $$$) while Im waiting in-person in the dealership.. It started with a great experience but ended up like feeling purchasing a Toyota (no offense) from a basic, unprofessional dealership (it literally felt like they didn't know what they are doing). This dealership need to work on customer service + customer experience. I loved the car in the beginning however this purchasing experience made me feel like its just a basic car. Sorry South Bay Porsche but you failed. I left the dealership at 9.19PM, Came here all the way from OC. I was back at my home by 10.25PM. The best part is here, This car was a gift for my wife. Came home and she was asleep.. Thank you all for ruining our first Porsche, South Bay!
