I bought a used Ford escape 2012. The sale staff were wonderful and extremely patient and helpful when it came to answering my questions and concerns. I was not pleased with the cleaning and detailing of my car. It has chewed gum in the back seat, trash in the window sills, and was just overall not very clean, bit disappointment when it comes to buying a car and making a large purchase:(
