Star Ford Lincoln

Bought a certified used Lincoln, assisted by Jesus, who handled my internet inquiry. He took a lot of time going over the features of the car and encouraged me to take as long a test drive as I wanted, in different driving conditions, The experience was excellent, though time-consuming. A couple of negatives: The appraiser gave me a very low offer for my trade. I wound up selling it within two hours of posting an ad on Craigslist for nearly double Star's offer. Yes, I know a dealer has to recondition and provide some warranty, but that does not justify a $5,000 differential. Another gripe: Star Lincoln is combined with Star Ford. The facilities are pretty rough even for a Ford dealership. Some upgrading is in progress, and this is just a small part of the buying experience, so this may be temporary condition.
