onI was in a predicament. BMW was slow to get me my title after I paid off my lease. I had to trade-in the BMW fast or pay taxes to the DMV in the lease pay-off.
Rotolo Chevrolet in Fontana made a top-dollar offer on my BMW and had a form for me to replace the title that BMW lost, without having to delay. By text Rotolo let me know what range I was in. Once I arrived Rotolo didn't screw around and offered near the best that I had for the BMW, with no delays.
Rotolo fairly valued my the trade-in. Rotolo had the car we wanted without added markups, "coatings" or other tricks. Rotolo had the real extra on the Riverside Malibu RS of all-weather floor mats and trunk liner, which are impressively high quality.
All we ask is for a fair deal. When we own a car - like I did after I paid off my BMW 230i lease - we're not asking for much, really. We know what it's worth. We look it up - on Blackbook, on KBB. We know. So when other dealers low balled, we knew.
Rotolo Chevrolet made it easy. Rotolo has a few advantages over other dealers in the area. They're a high-volume dealer with a lot of product on hand. Thanks to Moses in Internet sales at Rotolo Chevrolet, who emphasizes customer service. Thanks to the finance guy Willy Lopez who made the paperwork painless.
