Lexus Escondido

I am super excited about the experience that we had at Lexus Escondido! Randy Knight our salesman was not your "typical" car salesman. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We didn't feel he was overly anxious to sell and put no pressure on us at all. He worked very hard to get us a great deal on our Lexus. He told us about the owner of the building Judy, and her passion for children's charities. The painter of the building even put in some hidden surprises inside the building. It is worth going just to see those. It is obvious that her employees are happy and taken care of because they are able to turn that around into amazing customer service. The dealership has a little deli, and the girl working there overheard my husband say he was starving and she brought us two sandwiches, chips and waters! When we went back the next day with my boys they were baking cookies and offering as many as we wanted complimentary. My boys were very happy! My car was shined, polished and ready for me when the transaction was complete. Randy even came out with a pretty bow for a picture! How fun is that! I am LOVING my GS350! It is a very beautiful car and I plan on keeping it a long time. We would recommend Lexus Escondido and especially Randy Knight, sales consultant and Misael Minaya finance manager. Dont forget to go to Vintana and celebrate your new purchase.
