Recap: I couldn't be happier with the people and my new Lexus from Lexus Escondido. I have been a long time Lexus lover -since the introduction of the LS400 in 1990. I have had 6 Lexus vehicles and enjoyed every one of them. This is my 7th Lexus purchase, and I actually enjoyed my time at Lexus Escondido. The building is incredible, and the people are polite and genuine. something that is lost in today's service industry. I was treated with respect, we negotiated but at no time was it hostile, as I have experienced this many times in the past. It was enjoyable and I think everyone is happy - I know I am. - J. Ingram
