Herman Cook Volkswagen

Eighty days ago we bought a Jetta from Cook VW. Life has been HELL ever since. We were stupid enough to pay cash so they apparently thought they did not need to do the DMV paperwork right. DMV has no idea who owns this car and the personnel at Cook are entirely unresponsive to our pleas for help. We have spent many hours trying to clear matters up at DMV. Please save yourself many headaches and go to South Bay Volkswagen where they will give you a good price, deliver the car to your house and do the paperwork right.
