We bought a 2013 Honda Accord LX from Honda North essentially by email from 120 miles away. They honored the Edmunds TMV with no additional questions or negotiations at all. They did proffer extended warranties and other dealer options, but when we declined, they didn't press it. Not that it made much difference to us, but the car was prepped meticulously, and the dealership facilities were spotlessly well-maintained.
