I had the great pleasure of working with Shauna S. and Devon F. in test driving a couple cars and then finally purchasing one. I had a terrible experience with the Toyota dealership and, honestly, had almost resigned myself to buying a car through Carmax just so I wouldn't have to deal with irritating salespeople. Shauna and Devon WILL NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Seriously. I had zero time to spare, knew exactly what I wanted to try, had very specific questions and, when I was ready to buy, I was ready to buy. Devon was gracious enough to take care of most everything via text/phone (because...zero time) and really went above and beyond what I know excellent customer service to be. I could not be more happy with my car buying experience. Ask for Shauna or Devon and you will not be sorry.
