Our Internet Sales Manager, Phil Byrd, went above and beyond for us. He drove us to a car lot several miles away from the dealership so that we might check out and decide on which car color we preferred. Phil was professional and attentive to our needs. We did not feel rushed, and he gave his honest opinion when asked for it. As we moved from one area to another, he made sure to ask if we needed the elevator or preferred the stairs. He was quick to hand us each a bottle of water when we returned. Phil was very trustworthy, and there were no last minute "price surprises". He personally went back to the car lot to retrieve our new CR-V while we were taking care of our financial responsibilities. Thank you, Phil. We are now a two car Honda family!
