I had the pleasure of working with Marcelo Alcalde and couldn't have asked for a better experience! My old car broke down suddenly so I stopped by hoping to find something with good gas mileage. Marcelo took a lap with me around the lot and talked me through each of the models and their features. We landed on a Civic which ticked off all the boxes for me and came away with a brand new car! Marcelo did such a great job of answering all my questions I had about the cars and also the paperwork. Very patient and great attitude, do yourself a favor and ask for him if you decide stop by this Cerritos location!
