I was very pleased with my experience during my two visits to Norm Reeves, to test drive and then to purchase. The salesmen who assisted me, Bryan Pena and Omar Carbajal, really impressed me with their level of service. They were friendly, attentive, and very helpful with any questions I had with my purchase of the 2019 Honda Insight. I had gone to other dealerships to compare prices, but Omar and Bryan's customer service made me choose to buy with them! Neysam Kaed in financing was equally good. He clearly explained options in financing and helped to make the process as quick as possible. I would definitely recommend this dealership!
