I just purchased my 3rd Mazda CX-5. All three were purchased at Browning Mazda. The sales and finance people are great, but it's the service department that keeps me coming back. You only interact with the sales people once every so many years, but it's the service department that you see regularly. So, it's important that you have faith in their service. And they are terrific! I absolutely love Jason, Zee, and Temo. They're among my favorites. But everyone there is a straight shooter. Nobody tries to intimidate you into products or services you don't need. In fact, they'll even tell you when there are things you can hold off on if they don't think it's necessary at the moment. Their mechanics work quickly, too. And I love that they send a video of their inspection so you can see first-hand what they found (or didn't find) with your car. They also explain things clearly so it's easy for a "non-car person" to understand. You feel the camaraderie among the other service agents. It's a fun and warm environment. I am very thankful to never feel worried that I'm going to be taken advantage of because I don't know much about cars. That's a huge relief in and of itself. Thank you Browning Mazda service department for the friendly service and keeping my cars in tip-top shape!
