Unapologetic [non-permissible content removed]. Was quoted a price over email and the salesman asked for my ID and credit card to reserve the car at that price. He said the car would be in 1-2 days later. Over the next 2 days, he kept trying to increase the already agreed upon price - first by $1K and then by over $2K. When I called him out on it and said we had already agreed on a price, he said "well I never charged your card." Unbelievable. He and management said they'd look into if they could honor my price (the price they'd given me), until ultimately I learned the car had been sold and they wouldn't have more of the car THAT I HAD RESERVED until 2 months later. Sleazy and undeserving of your business unless you are happy to pay $5K+ over MSRP and have your deal change multiple times.
