Kia of Carson

I chose the certified price offer from the Edmunds site for leasing the Kia Optima LX and received a call from the dealer in next couple of minutes to schedule the time. I checked with them whether they will honor the Edmunds offer and they confirmed after checking with their manager, they even assigned a salesperson to work with me. Then I got a call from that salesperson as she wanted to introduce herself and again I confirmed with her whether they will honor the same offer. When I visited the dealer after an hour long drive from my place, they simply made me to wait for an hour to check the offer and finally refused to honor it. They were not even ready to show me the car, allow a test drive, discuss the closest offer etc. Very disappointed... Better to confirm the offer through email before you visit in person.
